Top Five Budget Tips for the Centerpieces

  1. For floral centerpieces, seek out bulk deals from non-traditional sources like online shops, big box warehouse stores, flower farms, or local floral markets. Then, do them up yourself.
  2. Skip flowers and fill vases with fruit, pinecones, or seashells for unique but cheap centerpieces.
  3. Source locally – like, in your house. Do you have cool houseplants or funky sculptures that you could use instead of more traditional centerpieces.
  4. Purchase premade bouquets from the grocery store then take them home and deconstruct them. Put all of one type of flower or color together in a container and then group the different containers together (for favors!).
  5. Skip centerpieces entirely and opt instead for a family-style meal. The platters will take up the spot the centerpieces normally do so you'll save money.
